Online yoga classes may be the next best option if you can’t access live classes due to health issues, place or time constraints. These small group classes or private sessions still give you personal attention, and the teacher is there to correct, support and guide.

Beneyoga via Zoom gives you a variety of options:

PRIVATE TUITION
including YOGA THERAPY FOR BACK CARE

Learn how to manage your back health, on and off the yoga mat, so you know which movements can ease your back pain and which ones are important to avoid. Your yoga therapy package includes:
• A yoga programme created just for you
• Five one-hour private sessions
• Initial consultation to discuss your health questionnaire
• Time to review your progress at the start of each session
• Tips on how to relieve pain during a relapse
• Relaxation and breathing exercises
• Five yoga exercise sheets after each session, so you can practise at home
• Advice on how to improve your posture and keep your back healthy and safe

Package of five sessions: £350
Follow up sessions: one session for £60 and five for £250

GROUP CLASSES
We address a different theme every week, such as neck and shoulder issues, hip mobility, releasing tensions, optimising the breath, uplifting yoga, and many more.

Group class fees: £15 per class

You can start the private sessions or group classes after a complementary trial session, in which we test the technical aspects of Zoom and the best set-up for your mat. We also discuss your health questionnaire and what you would like to get out of the yoga classes.
