We have been seeing Bene once a week for over 3 years. She is a delight and we both feel (90 and 82) that we would fall apart without her. She fills the yoga lessons with variety and humour, so they are never boring. Nikita feels that reaching 90 was much due to Bene’s help and encouragement. We feel so lucky to have met her and could never praise her expertise or her
friendship enough.
