I have been attending Bene’s back sessions for a number of years. Her careful
attention to my back issue has undoubtedly improved the quality of my life, allowed
me to maintain my flexibility, and reduced my back pain. She is very attentive to her
students health issues and makes alternative suggestions to a position if this is not
suitable for them. Her classes are not repetitive, and Bene introduces new
movements frequently. In our busy lives, I have also found the breathing exercises
and the wind down at the end of the class extremely rewarding. I have no hesitation
in recommending Bene to anybody with mobility concerns or who would like to start
their yoga journey with a highly qualified, well-experienced, considerate and kind
teacher.
